We recently used Alliance to build a detached garage on our property.We had a few hiccups along the way, but Colin and Ryan made it right and we absolutely love the job that was done.I'd recommend them to anybody!

Not happy how they made my garage. No concrete retaining walls, no weeping tile, and garage door has a mind of it's own, yet cost just under 30k for a heated garage. There was no communication in person or on phone what would be the right way ahead. I would have preferred a retaining wall or a weeping tile to insulation. They dug up soil to lay down some wires, but did not compress soil or put the stone layer back properly, leading to a soil and stone mix which grows weeds, feet sink in it when it's wet, and is such a headache.

Alliance Renovations & Concrete has assisted us in getting a Legal basement suite at our place. They have taken care of multiple areas of the project including the application process, submitting the plan and drawings, engineer tasks, excavation and concrete work and other interior renovations. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the project. Despite a few initial unexpected delays, the team has done a really good job in getting things back on track and delivered high quality work.Special mention to the below team members: Malachy for managing the project so smoothly. He had taken over the project from another PM who had left but Malachy did all the necessary work to pick it up and manage it with utmost professionalism, and he was extremely easy to communicate with. Tim and Tom for doing all the hard work and making such good outcome a reality. They were fun to chat with and they also made sure we were informed on the know-hows.Most importantly, they are all a nice bunch of people who care about your project needs.Thanks to team alliance!! Highly recommend them for any renovations!!

Highly recommend. Of all the companies that i contacted, Alliance was the only one that was able to construct a garage during the winter. They have done a beautiful job, on time and made the process painless. Colin, Ryan, Tim and the crew were amazing. They are super responsive and most of the time they would reply back to you within minutes. The Buildertrend app they use is also great. Don't hesitate to go ahead with them!

Cannot thank the team at Alliance Renovations enough for the incredible job they did on my basement renovation!  They took my non-existent basement and turned it into a great space for gatherings, company, and relaxing.  They were also able to offer me incredible options for financing which allowed me to stay on budget.  The crew and trades were professional and very helpful.  Amazing experience!!

One of my friends recommended Alliance for basement development. They did all planning, provided professionally done plans and did all necessary demolition prior to starting renovations. The project was running online, we could see the schedule and updates of the schedule. If something was changing Ryan was contacting us right away and in general communication was fast and clear. Price was fair, we could see clear costs breakdown and total amount we payed was as agreed. We highly recommend Alliance for basement renovations.

Highly recommend! I got a 30x30 garage completed, pad prepped and all. The concrete had a great smooth finish! They worked quickly to get it all framed sealed and insulated for winter use. The company is friendly and the general manager accommodated any requests or needs from our end making the overall process painless.
